EASY TO MAKE TURKEY POT PIE
Sereves 4-6
INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
• 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
• 1 small onion, diced (optional)
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 refrigerated pie crust or 1 can refrigerated biscuits
• 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for sautéing onion)

INSTRUCTIONS (Pie Crust Method)
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine turkey, frozen vegetables, soup, milk, and seasonings.
3. Place one pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
4. Add filling and top with the second crust.
5. Seal edges and cut slits to vent.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.

INSTRUCTIONS (Biscuit Method)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Spread filling into a casserole dish.
3. Top with raw biscuits.
4. Bake 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.

OPTIONAL ADD-INS
• 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1 cup diced potatoes (microwave 3 minutes to soften)
• Shredded cheddar on top before baking!
