Founded in early 2020 in Dana Point and San Clemente, ROM Beer Co is a boutique brewery gained momentum under the name Delahunt Brewing Co. In mid‑2024, it officially became RŌM Beer Co., an evolution driven by a renewed sense of purpose — “RŌM” symbolizes the North Star guiding exploration, passion, and authenticity in craft brewing. Despite the dramatic shift in branding, fans of Delahunt can rest assured: the team, brewing philosophy, and commitment to quality remain steadfast.
