This Month We’re Featuring Two Beers…
- Plant–Based which is a brand new Vegan Fruit Smoothie Ale. It’s a fruity bonanza filled to the brim with mango, banana, blueberry, coconut, and vanilla. The grains are earthy fruits and old juice with a bit of earthy creamy sweet grains backing. It pours a murky brown gold with a thin white head that dissipates quickly and completely. The Aroma has an old juice note with a bit of tropical fruit and creamy sweet grains.
- Circles of Confusion pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, pineapple, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, pineapple, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness.
