In this article we focus on their craft hard-seltzer: Blackberry Mojito. Hard seltzer is also known as spiked seltzer, alcoholic seltzer, and hard sparkling water. It is combined with carbonated water, alcohol, and fruity flavoring. Brewery-X’s Blackberry Mojito is described as having just the right amount of sweetness and dryness.

In general, citrus flavored hard seltzers pair well with any food that benefits from a squirt of lime juice or a splash of mild vinaigrette. Appetizer suggestions are softer cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, feta and queso fresco. The cheese can be eaten alone, on a plain cracker and/or tossed in a salad.

Main entrees that go well with citrus flavored hard ciders are fried fish, calamari, shrimp, and salads.
